This transformational 3‑month healing journey is designed to clear the blocks keeping you from becoming your true, amazing self. Guided and held every step of the way, we meet biweekly and you’ll be supported with thoughtful, practical work between sessions to deepen your progress.

    Together we begin exploring your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, triggers, goals, and current life patterns. Through guided conversation, body awareness, meditation, and reflection we begin listening to the conscious mind, subconscious mind and body to uncover what may be keeping you stuck.

    Homework:

    Over the following two weeks, you will begin observing your triggers, emotions, reactions, habits, and behavioural patterns through guided journaling and awareness exercises.

    The goal is not judgement — but awareness.

  • Understanding what lies beneath the surface.

    Using the awareness gained in Session One, we begin exploring deeper emotional patterns, past experiences, energetic ties, emotional blocks, and protective behaviours.

    This session may include somatic release work, meditation, emotional processing techniques, trauma-informed bodywork, and symbolic cord-cutting practices for emotional closure and release.

    Homework:

    You will begin shadow work journaling and guided self-reflection exercises designed to help you better understand hidden emotions, fears, needs, and protective parts of yourself with compassion rather than shame.

  • Creating new pathways.

    Using everything discovered so far, we begin identifying recurring cycles and gently creating healthier emotional, mental, and behavioural responses.

    This stage focuses on integration, self-worth, boundaries, nervous system support, emotional resilience, and building practical tools to support long-term change.

    • Pattern awareness

    • Micro-habit creation

    • Nervous system support

    • Self-worth & identity work

    • Guided integration

    Homework:

    You will begin implementing your personalised techniques and noticing which practices support you most effectively in everyday life.

  • Stepping into the version of yourself you are becoming.

    This session focuses on strengthening your connection to yourself, your body, your boundaries, your intuition, and your future direction.

    Together we review the shifts that have already taken place and continue integrating the practices and mindset changes developed throughout the journey.

    Our final session is a space to reflect on your journey, celebrate your growth, review your progress, and discuss any future support you may need.

    The session ends with a deeply relaxing massage treatment to allow the body and nervous system to fully settle, soften, and receive care after the emotional work completed throughout the programme.
