Root to Heal Presents: The Wild Apothecary

Join me for a relaxed and information packed 90-minute guided foraging walk where you'll learn how to confidently identify a selection of common wild plants and discover how they have been used for generations to create simple, effective herbal remedies at home. We will be joined by Adam Stevens a gifted local photographer to quietly capture the moments of our walk and talk, we will email you the photos after the session, for you to use however you want. You can see some of Adam’s work here https://www.instagram.com/adam.stevensphotography?igsh=MW55ZTFzOWMweXlwMw==

Throughout the workshop, you'll learn how to identify a variety of seasonal medicinal plants, understand their traditional uses, discover how to harvest them responsibly, and explore different ways to preserve them for future use. We'll also cover important safety guidance, including sustainable foraging practices and how to avoid common lookalikes.

At the end of the session, you'll receive your own Wild Apothecary Autumn Kit to take home, giving you everything you need to begin creating your own herbal remedies with confidence.
