trauma healing Massage
This deeply transformative two-hour massage begins at the scalp and flows through the body pausing at key emotional release points, using a blend of somatic therapy, trigger point release, and myofascial release. Gently guiding the body to let go of any emotions that may have been stored in the nervous system since a traumatic event or being in a traumatic environment for a long period of time.
What happens during release? - Every person is different as every one experiences life differently and deals with traumatic events and situations in their own way. From the 50 or so people I have treated so far, the responses have included;
muscle twitching, localised heat, goosebumps, crying, laughter, sleep, muscles completely relaxing, muscle tightness, full body shakes, localised shaking, tummy gurgles, muscle heaviness, pins and needles.
This therapy is especially powerful for those who find it hard to revisit painful memories or who are holding on to long standing grief. It’s a beautiful, restorative experience that offers relief without having to relive the story behind it, just a safe, nurturing and gentle letting go.
I will then send you a short report of what happened as some people do forget as soon as its all over. You may need more than one treatment, and I do not guarantee too completely heal you just from this. But its a good start!
This is great for people with anxiety, toxic habits & relationships, ptsd, anger issues, lack of motivation, people pleasers and all manner of things!

trauma Release
In this treatment we rely heavily on somatic therapy and release, we dive into this 1 hour session using a guided body scan to learn where which emotions are stored where. We then ask the body to try and release what it can on its own. Moving onto the body work, I will use what we learnt in the body scan to locate and release stored trauma and emotions around the body using trigger point therapy and myo-fascial release techniques to draw these out of your connective tissue.
